Our photography workshops are open to photographers and cinematographers of all skill levels. We host just a handful of workshops each year in order to stay focused on the quality of the experience and education that we provide. When you attend one of our workshops you'll have our instructor's undivided attention the entire time, helping you learn advanced techniques from a combination of classroom sessions and on-location shoots.
Much of our year is spent planning our trips, fine-tuning our classroom sessions, and keeping up to date with new software and techniques in order to make sure you have the most incredible learning experience imaginable.

Ron Risman, Instructor
Ron Risman has been a photographer for over 30 years, and has been shooting professionally for the last 13 years. As a photographer and timelapse specialist Ron quickly fell in love with night photography, and finding new and creative ways to capture the night sky.
Ron is a Canon and Sony shooter, and has had years working with cameras from Nikon, Olympus, Pentax, and Fuji thanks to his 9 years leading his workshops.
Ron client list includes Land Rover, Revit'! Motorsports, Liberty Mutual, Restoration Hardware, IttQ Japan, as well as FOX CT News and WFTV-9 Orlando. His work has also been licensed for Sundance films, HBO films, PBS's Utah's Mighty Five National Parks, and in the Land Rover short "Bridges to the Stars."
As the founder of Timelapse Workshops, it's Ron's mission to provide photographers with an unrivaled workshop experience.
